Estimating (National)
The Estimating Department is part of Birse Civils and part of the Balfour Beatty Group of Companies. The Estimating Department currently submits tenders with a total value in excess of £735 million per year and employs some 30 staff operating from our Barton-on-Humberside Office.
We are experienced in tenders for major motorway construction and widening, trunk road construction, reconstruction and widening, the construction of road bridges and retaining walls, infrastructure works for developments, remediation of contaminated land, flood alleviation schemes, sea defences and public realm works ranging in price from £0.5m to £90m.
